  For the amount of people working there the service is terrible. Questions cannot be answered except by only a couple people. The tax preparer didn't speak or ask questions to attempt to find deductions. I was at his desk for less than 10 minutes. And I had to call back to bring more items to his attention. I was never notified when the taxes were done I had to call and check. The receptionist said "we dont call to notify when taxes are done. We are that busy." upon arrival and given my name. My taxes were presented to me and told to sign here and mail out. No explanation or anything. My taxes and job was the same as last year and my fee was 125. This year was 215 when asked why the difference-blank look- then told had to do certain form. Again same filing as last year. Im a truck driver things don't change much. I found them to be standoffish and a bother to help their customers. I have been going there for a few years and will pay the higher cost to receive the attention and care to prepare my taxes. But the customer service was not here and that's what you look for. Too many other options today to choose from. I will not be returning. My daughter would do a better job.
